Whisky #28: Bowmore 12yo
Sparkling iodine in colour, sherry tones in a grassy nose.
Light on the lips, vanilla sweetness, well sherried with a malty peated backwash that surges toward the end.
Not a particularly long finish but dry with a hint of salt. A pleasingly easy drinking malt.
