Whisky #18: Highland Park 12yo

Now we're hitting the mother lode of malts :)

Highland Park is another of those bottles that has a regular place in the cabinet.

It has the most sublime honey-sweet and smokey aroma. Tastes roll from sweet 'n salty to orange 'n heather. Then the segue into smoke and spice to finish.

An outstanding malt that deserves a place in every home.
